Graduate Seminars are designed to provide graduates of the Neighborhood Institute with a deeper understanding of neighborhood-based topics. Day sessions will be focused on providing more in-depth and intensive information in special areas of interest and stay connected to the wider network of institute alumni from many neighborhoods.

Center for Neighborhoods

The Center for Neighborhoods is pleased to announce our new education series in our Graduate Seminars program called Creating Change Together. Our new series is an extension of our Neighborhood Institute that will take a practical look at tools residents can use to create change. This three-part series is free and open to everyone.

The first session will cover Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), a community organizing and development strategy to create change within neighborhoods. Come learn about applying ABCD and how paired with community organizing we can create change within our neighborhoods.
