Center For Neighborhoods has been providing technical assistance and training to non-profit housing developers for over 20 years. We have been an active participant in the affordable and low-income housing market in the Louisville Metro area in the role of project manager, consultant and educational assistant during that time. We understand the complexities of this type of housing development and have assisted with the multiple partnerships involved in this type of housing development. And yet, we continue to learn every year from our development partners and share that knowledge with as many development partners that we can.

Center For Neighborhoods has technical assistance services available for any certified neighborhood based development organization or community development corporation. CFN staff can assist an organization with their board development, capacity building assistance and strategic planning as well as specific technical assistance for housing development and production, including but not limited to, project site development, project management, bidding and proposal review and contractor selection assistance.
