History
The Center For Neighborhoods, formerly known as the
Louisville Community Design Center has been actively
involved in assisting neighborhood based development
organizations for over twenty (20) years. Through the
expertise of Jack Trawick and other housing specialists,
the organization has developed a wide ranging panel of
support available through out the development process
of affordable housing production.
The unique needs and characteristics of non-profit housing
development have not been lost on the CFN staff. Their
patience and follow through have allowed several development
organizations to continue with their goals and strategies
in improving through greater efficiencies in their development
process and cycle.
