What Is the Making
Connections Network?
The
Making Connections Network consists of network members
and network partners. Through the network, members
and their families become interconnected to one another
strengthening the community. Network members also
become connected to various opportunities through the
network partners.
There are over 1,300 network members to date!!
The Making Connections Network is largely focused on
achieving the following target results for families:
- Jobs
- Assets
- Success in school
- Strong families
- Healthy neighborhoods
