Exciting New
Partnership formed in support of the Spring 2008
Neighborhood Institute
We are pleased to announce that
Center for
Neighborhoods and Metro United
Way have forged an exciting new
partnership with the University of
Louisville Signature Partnership Initiative in
support of the Spring 2008 Neighborhood Institute class
scheduled to begin January 22nd at the NIA Center.
Applications and

Mayrose at 502-589-0343. The deadline to apply is
January 17th.
Between Fall 2006
& Fall 2007, the Neighborhood
Institute:
- Served
79 neighborhoods metro-wide
- Graduated 107 neighborhood and
community leaders
Under the new
partnership with the University of
Louisville Signature Partnership Initiative, the
Neighborhood Institute will be held at the NIA Center on
West Broadway. Participants in the Spring 2008
class will be introduced to the University of Louisville
as a community partner, and they will learn about the
many resources and opportunities available for
strengthening their neighborhoods.
