Center For Neighborhoods, in partnership with the Louisville Metro Housing Authority, is working on a special version of the Neighborhood Institute.
This class will be place-based, project-driven, & dedicated solely to the residents of Parkway Place,
a public housing community located at 12th and Hill Streets.
